There’s no doubt in our minds, it sucks that we need to have this section of the website. However, in today’s cut-throat business world it needs to be here to make sure that everyone is playing on the same level. It also makes it very hard to sue us, which seems to be the common thing these days.

Website

Everything to do with the website and the simple actions of viewing it. Why does this section even need to exist? This is a bit overkill, we know, but this is about covering all angles at this point.

Software

This is a probably why you are here, wanting to see the license for some software which you’ve acquired from us. The short form of this whole legal type document is that we provide stuff “as is” and are not responsible for how you use it or what happens with it, and of course to read your End User License Agreement which came with the software.

Work For Hire

This seems to be a mute point, but as stated previously, we provide things “as is”, even for our Work For Hire arrangements.
